• IN THE EVENT THAT WE HAVE TO MAKE AN ATTEMPT AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS, DIFFERENT APARTMENT NUMBER, ETC. OR RE-SERVE AT THE SAME ADDRESS DUE TO MISSING DOCUMENTS (AFTER SERVICE HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED) WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES.

• Service includes up to 3 attempts at one address. There is a fee to attempt service at a different or alternate address, which also includes up to 3 attempts.

• Standard Service – First attempt will be made within 3-5 Business Days (once payment and documents has been received) and within 3 Business Days thereafter until service has been completed or the total number of attempts has been exhausted.

• 2 Day Rush Service - First attempt will be made within 2 Business Day (once payment and documents has been received) and within 2 Business Days thereafter until service has been completed or the total number of attempts has been exhausted.

• Same Day Service - First attempt will be made the Same Day (once payment and documents has been received) and within 1 Business Day thereafter until service has been completed or the total number of attempts has been exhausted.
• NOTICE: Scheduled attempts may be delayed due to weather, scheduling conflicts, location of service address, or any unforeseen situations.​​

• Laveen Notary /New York City Process Server strongly suggest that you take your copy of the affidavit with you to your hearing.

REFUNDS

​

• Refunds will not be given once Laveen/New York City Process Server make at least one service attempt.

​

• In the event that Laveen/New York City Process Server has not made an attempt, but has printed the documents prior to receiving service cancel request it will result in printing fees of $0.20 per page, which will be deducted from your refund.
